Healthy Indulgence (More Greens)



And guess who should incorporate more greens into regular meals.... Yope. That's right! WE ALL... C'mon people! it's not that bad! We know our regular fastfood cravings sometimes just won't give room for the healthy stuff or perhaps you just hate the taste of raw vegetables ...Can't blame ya...but hey!!! Nothing is impossible. Just have fun with it, create your recipes, mix it up, spice it up, use your favorite salad dressings( we'll bring you ideas every now and then). If we could practice eating more greens, we'll be in for a real good skin game you know. It should come as no surprise that vegetables provide us with a generous amount of anti- oxidants to help us fight infections and body free radicals from the inside out. Also, more dark greens means more vitamin K, which essentially means more blood proteins and a more healthy you. So give it a try . I promise it won't hurt . Remember! you're what you eat ... In the meantime, stay beautiful....
