Acne control



Tired of those skin blemishes, black spots and acne? Here's a secret: Studies have shown parsley to contain very high levels of vitamin C as well as Vitamin A, enough to fade away dark spots in very little time and keep the skin well healthy, soft and smooth. Yes! ... All you have to do: using the back of a spoon, simply mash up fresh already-rinsed out parsley leaves( fresh is always better) in order to get the greenish juice. Then add some raw honey to this juice( about 1 tsp honey to 1 tbsp fresh parsley juice). Mix properly and apply as face mask. Leave for 10-15 minutes before washing off. Can be done 3x weekly. Regular use of this keeps your oil well-controlled while from combating acne and preventing further occurrence. Final result is a blemish free and well refreshed skin. Great for all skin types with the exception of sensitive skin type. REMEMBER: consistency is key. Do not overwhelm your skin... One natural remedy over time. As our skin vary, so do our needs. So find what works best for your skin and stick with it.
