H20 to the rescue...

Water; Hello beautiful people.  First things first! To get a healthy skin, let's start with the simple basic steps and gradually build our way to the top. I can't help but emphasize the importance of good hydration. Have you ever noticed having a dull and dry skin when you haven't had water in a few hours? Science has proven that regular hydration helps to keep the skin supple. This is because the skin's connective tissue consists of ground substance which is made up of mainly water, proteins and dissolved solute. By drinking plenty of "purified" water, your body will naturally flush out toxins giving you a healthy glow.  The reference daily intake (RDI) for total water intake is 3.7 litres per day (L/day) for human males older than 18, and 2.7 L/day for human females older than 18 which includes drinking water, water in beverages, and water contained in food. Your skin becomes smooth, elastic and wrinkle free. How much Water you may ask? 6-8 cups a day is just fine. If your urine is dark yellow , it is a sign that your body is dehydrated; so increase your water intake. Pale yellow or colorless urine is a good sign of good hydration. Keep it up!
