Fresh fruit/vegetable Smoothie





Hey guys. Whenever you consider substituting your regular sugar drinks for fresh fruit/vegetable

smoothies, which by the way this will not only help cleanse your gut lining but also strengthens your

immune system, balances the body's electrolytes and ultimately make your skin radiant due to its high

 vitamin and mineral content.

So here's a quick green vegetable smoothie for wellness and radiance. Simply blend fresh kale leaves


and banana as seen in the picture above (avocado is optional). Add a little water and honey to taste.

Drink to the delight of your skin..  Incorporate green smoothies into your daily diet for great

consistent results. You'd be glad you did.
