Why your skin needs exfoliating

Did you know that exfoliating regularly actually help fade your acne scars faster by shedding old skin and bringing new skin to the surface?
I love using scrubs. Exfoliating your skin at regular intervals is very important. It helps to cleanse your skin from within, unclogs your pores, removes blackheads and whiteheads and also helps in removing dead skin. But, again it is very important not to overdo it and be gentle about it. Especially when exfoliating your face, you need to use an effective scrub but in a gentle manner.
Our skin is scientifically studied to have an outermost thick epidermal layer made of constantly dividing cells, which die off and hence, should be swept(scrubbed) off as OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.
You do not want dead cells accumulating on your face.
Exfoliation comes in different forms: scrubs, masks, fruit based cream and I'm always and always for natural homemade receipts. You can try a few listed below, you'll love it!

Sea Salt and Lemon Scrub: Sea salt has the capability to push all the toxins out of your skin which eventually gives you smooth silky silk.

Banana Scrub: Banana is a natural moisturizer and it repairs dull dry damaged skin immediately. You can make banana scrub to exfoliate dry skin at home easily.

Oats and Honey Scrub: Oats rejuvenates dry, dead and itchy skin, and honey has moisturizing factors so they both acts as a wonderful exfoliator for dry skin beauties.

Avocados and Honey: Avocados are very good for dry skin because they deeply penetrate into skin and restore its moisture. Using it as exfoliator can keep your skin supple and glowing.

Tomato Scrub: Take one tomato and cut it into two halves. Take one piece of the tomato, put honey all over it and then dip it into honey. Use this tomato halves to scrub your face and neck gently in circular motion for 5-7 minutes. Repeat with both the tomato halves and say hello to smooth silky exfoliated skin.
